#1 Payment
— Please inform the purpose of use to the artist first.
— The deposit (first half) must be paid before the artist starts work to lock the slot. And the other half must be paid when the artist sent the color base guide to the client.
— If the image is found to be misused propose, the artist has the right to collect a fine *5 of the original work cost.
— Cancellation after the art work has started cannot make a refund due to under any circumstances. And the customer will be charged according to the steps being made.
— In case of cancellation but the work has not yet started, the deposit 25% of the price will be forfeited.
— Payment method: Thai banking, Paypal, Zelle#2 Brief— The artist has the right to reject work that exceeds his ability/scale that he is not good at.
— Changing Briefs
- In case of changing briefs before starting work, this can be done with no additional cost
- In the case of changing briefs after work has started, there will be an additional charge as detailed.#3 Using propose
— Cannot be reproduced, modified, used commercially for income or all forms of advertising
— Copyright belongs to the artist. But I certainly will not use the image for personal use (except for using it as a commission example with customer consent)3.2 Commercial use
— Can be reproduced, adapted, used to earn money, or used for promotional and advertising purposes.
— Copyright belongs to the employer.
— Do not use for NFT.
— AI generate is prohibited

The scale of the work and the resolution depend on the price of the work transferred by the customer (you can pay more than the minimum price as you like.)
A customer's brief can come only with character and aesthetics. Or it can be more than that with as much as details and materials that you prefer. But I do not guarantee that it will match the brief 100%
This artwork process is quite up to the artist's creation. There may be experimenting with new techniques.
This type of work does not allow a customer to edit. If the customer would like to make an edit request, there will be an additional charge
